CDS-ZL2 ZeroLock Elevation Turret
The CDS-ZL2 (ZeroLock 2) turret system is one of Leupold's most capable field tools. It provides two full revolutions of elevation adjustment — 75 MOA total — with a built-in revolution indicator so you always know which revolution you're on. A push-button ZeroLock mechanism prevents accidental dial movement during carry and activity. The turret is also compatible with Leupold's Custom Dial System (CDS), allowing you to order a laser-marked BDC dial matched precisely to your load, rifle, and conditions.
Illuminated TMOA Reticle
The Tactical MOA (TMOA) reticle builds on the proven Wind-Plex design, adding 1 MOA hash marks extending 10 MOA in each direction from center. The red illuminated center point provides a precise, fast aiming reference in low-light conditions without obscuring the target. Eight illumination settings and Motion Sensor Technology (MST) keep the system practical in the field — the reticle automatically shuts off after five minutes of inactivity and reactivates instantly when the scope is picked up. Battery life reaches 1,600 hours on the lowest setting using a single CR2032.
