In most cases, shipping of "In Stock" items occur the same day if placed by:
- 3:00 p.m. PST, Monday - Friday
- After 3:00 p.m. PST, orders will ship next business day.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday ship on Monday.
We are unable to ship on Holidays.
Shipping to Domestic Customers and Addresses Only. Canadian residents please add $25. Alaska & Hawaii add $15. No other International Sales or Shipping Available at this time.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Extreme Store purchase. EOL offers products that have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed for normal wear and tear and/or against defects in workmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the merchandise in new and resalable condition, with original packaging, within 30 days for a refund or exchange. We will apply your refund, less shipping, handling and a 15% restocking fee, to the original form of payment. If you would prefer an exchange, we will be glad to promptly send you a replacement product.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Please indicate reason for your return and the action to be taken (exchange/refund). The following exceptions do apply: No refunds on sale items, discontinued items, ammunition, software items or scopes that have been opened. EOL is not responsible for any claim resulting from abuse, misuse, unauthorized modifications or improper mounting.
